5. Avoid Sweat-Inducing Foods
There are numerous food that causes your body to produce more sweat than other people around you even in the same weather; if you think you are sweating more than people around you then you can reduce or stop all sweat-inducing foods in your diet completely, it will help you to reduce your sweat.
These are some of the sweat-inducing foods; you need to avoid them or reduce the consumption. Sweat-inducing Foods are processed foods, garlic, onions any foods with high fat content, caffeine, ice cream and others.
Now that you know the sweat-inducing foods, to balance them up, you need to start consuming food that reduces sweat. Currently, if you don’t know, numerous foods minimize sweat.
